Electronic Fluorinated Liquid Market

Electronic Fluorinated Liquid
Electronic fluorinated liquids are colorless transparent perfluorocarbon liquid chemicals with ideal chemical inertness, excellent thermal conductivity, excellent electrical insulation properties, extremely low surface tension, and good system compatibility. They can be widely used in various temperature control and heat dissipation systems. Such as immersion liquid cooling systems (phase change or single-phase liquid cooling) for data center servers; as heat transfer media in various stages of semiconductor manufacturing (including LED chips) (temperature range from -73°C to 165°C, mainly applied in etching equipment, ion implantation equipment, testing equipment, and IC testing equipment), energy storage battery protection, temperature control systems for key components of lithium battery electric vehicles (motor, battery box cooling control), phased array radar heat dissipation systems, nuclear power, ultra-high voltage power grids, cooling systems for heat-generating components inside wind turbines, and various heat pipes, vapor chambers, blow-up plate radiators, temperature control for biomedical product equipment, etc. Product Features:
² Excellent electrical insulation and thermal conductivity.
² Low boiling point with very moderate boiling point. During operation, evaporation process utilizes latent heat of vaporization to remove heat: ensures stable normal operation of heat-generating components

² Ideal chemical inertness and thermal stability, can be widely used in various temperature control and heat dissipation applications.

² Good material compatibility, does not react with most metals, plastics and polymers.

² Non-hazardous, non-flammable, non-explosive, no ignition point or flash point.

² Very low surface tension, good permeability.

² Good fluidity, can flow well for heat dissipation in temperature control systems.

² Non-toxic, harmless, non-irritating.
² Environmentally friendly, with 0 ODP value and low GWP value.

Electronic Fluorinated Liquid Application Cases:

1. Principle of immersion phase change liquid cooling for data center servers;

Principle: The immersion cooling system requires a sealed cooling tank. Servers can be placed in high density in the cooling tank, immersed in coolant. When the server operates, heat-generating components produce significant heat (e.g., CPU heat), heating the coolant. Since the coolant has a low boiling point (e.g., FCM-47 at 47℃), it immediately reaches boiling, transforming from liquid to gas state. The vapor carries away heat, condenses on the condenser above, and returns to the immersion liquid. Heating - Boiling - Condensation - Return cycles continuously, maintaining the server cooling system at the coolant's boiling point (47℃), stabilizing server operation at 47℃.
